Black Belt as continued training

If you wish to reach the highest level of Lean Six Sigma, the Black Belt, right away, then you must realise you will have to use this full-time throughout your professional life. It is easy to study the theory and then pass the exam, but it does not achieve anything. Black Belts are valued because of their experience, which they take along to future projects. People who have completed Black Belt training usually become permanent Lean Six Sigma project leaders within organisations, or work as (independent) consultants. The theoretical aspect of the Black Belt training takes 10-12 days on the average. During or after the theoretical training, you can also achieve a certificate in the practical aspect. This means you carry out a project according to the learned methods and prove you saved at least 50.000 euros.
